[USEN] Afghanistan Friends' Adaptation to School

Interview Afghan friends who have adapted to school.

A few months ago, I would like to talk about the adaptation period of Afghanistan's friends who transferred to Hyundai Middle School.

At first, Afghanistan's friends were very awkward and cautious, but they talked to each other, memorized their names, and now exchanged compliments.

About a month after they came to school, they were able to communicate with basic Korean. And in the class of ordinary students,
I interviewed Afghanistan friends who are taking classes together.

Q. Did you communicate well during class?
A. "To be honest, we communicate difficult conversations in body language. Other than that, simple conversations are easy to do."
Q. What are the inconveniences of having a conversation?
A. "When your Korean is not good enough and you can't communicate properly, you should sometimes use English, too."
"There are still a lot of inconveniences to talk about, but I'm happy to have friends who greet me every time I walk down the hall.
 I like the class atmosphere
where we respect each other without discrimination."
Currently, Hyundai Middle School is looking at each other positively, both Afghanistan friends and Korean friends.
So the atmosphere of the class is good and we get to know each other well
